1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 9bt platform (referred to as "Platform", "9bt", or "we") and its members ("user" or "you").

2 Membership and Registration

• Each user may open only one account. Attempting to open multiple accounts may result in all accounts being suspended and any accumulated funds being forfeited.
• The name, national identity card number, and mobile number provided during registration must be accurate, as they are used for identity verification.
• Transferring, selling, or lending your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
• You agree to submit identity verification documents (national identity card, passport, birth certificate) at any time upon request by 9bt.

3 Age Restriction

9bt platform services are available to users aged 21 and above only. No person under the age of 21 may register on this platform or participate in any betting, gaming, or financial transactions.

9bt is committed to preventing minors from participating in gambling. If there is any doubt regarding age verification, we reserve the right to immediately initiate an account verification process and may temporarily suspend the account if necessary.

4 Account Security

• To withdraw the bonus amount you must complete wagering of 15 times the total (deposit + bonus) amount (wagering requirement: 15x).

6.2 General Bonus Terms

7 Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a cash-out facility is available in a specific category.
• 9bt reserves the right to void any bet placed based on odds or results that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error.
• If match fixing or any unethical activity is suspected, the relevant bets will be voided.
• Sports betting: bets must be confirmed before the match starts.
• In live casino games the dealer's decision is considered final.
• 9bt will not be held responsible for any loss caused by internet disconnection.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9bt platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure and funds may be forfeited.

• Any attempt to hack, crack, or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software, games, or systems.
• Attempting to influence the betting system through bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any illegal financial activity.
• Stealing or unauthorized use of another member's account information.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
• Rude behavior toward or threatening of platform staff.
• Using the platform for any illegal activity.

9 Responsible Gaming

• If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, third-party mediation may be accepted by mutual agreement of both parties.
